Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial software product development.
• At least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, or other modern delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for value realization initiatives.
• Track KPIs with Portfolio to measure success and guide course corrections.
• Align value drivers with execution plans alongside leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Lighthouse teams to ensure measurable value.
• Maintain initiative delivery plans aligned to strategic objectives.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation for on-time delivery.
• Provide senior leadership with regular strategic insights for decisions.
• Support backlog refinement and higher-level planning.
• Assist change management and stakeholder alignment to sustain value.
