Job summary
AVEVA is seeking an accomplished R&D Program Manager for the Cambridge, UK location. This hybrid role partners with multiple technology platforms to drive value realization and strategic outcomes.
You will coordinate with Portfolio, Value Realization, Architecture, UX, and R&D leadership to ensure customer value delivery and alignment with executive priorities. The role requires 7+ years in software product development with at least 3 years in leadership, plus experience with Agile/Lean methods
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in commercial software product development.
- At least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, or other modern delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for value realization initiatives across multiple technology platforms and strategic areas.
- Collaborate with Portfolio to track KPIs and support course corrections.
- Align value drivers and execution plans with leadership across teams.
- Coordinate with success and lighthouse teams to ensure measurable customer value.
- Develop and maintain initiative delivery plans and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Monitor program risks and implement mitigation strategies for on-time delivery.
- Provide executive-level reporting and strategic insights for decision making.
