Job summary

Qualifications

• PMO, Programme Coordinator or Project Controller experience.
• Strong reporting responsibilities and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills for dashboards and reporting.
• Proficient PowerPoint and Teams usage.
• Experience with SharePoint and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain programme controls and governance across the VCP.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Produce dashboards, status reports and executive updates.
• Coordinate governance reviews, workshops and steering meetings.
• Manage action logs and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Support benefit tracking and financial reporting.
