Job summary

Interpath Advisory in London is expanding its UK-based Valuations team and recruiting for an Assistant Manager. Working as part of a dedicated group, you will engage with a variety of clients on high-profile valuation assignments, developing wide-ranging valuation knowledge and skills.

The role focuses on business, share and intangible asset valuations, with emphasis on robust financial modelling, analysis and clear communication of results to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CFA (or equivalent) professional qualification, with accounting/finance knowledge.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience in audit or deals/valuation environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research on industries, comparable companies and transactions to inform valuation processes.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and perform detailed analysis to support valuations.
• Interpret financial statements and relevant financial data to construct meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Effectively communicate valuation analysis and results to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new approaches and improvement strategies.
• Attend site visits and meet management teams to better understand clients and business.
