Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Tax Valuation Professional to join a rapidly expanding UK independent tax advisory team. You will work with senior professionals on complex, high-value engagements and help deliver practical, client-focused valuation advice.

Responsibilities include managing engagements end-to-end, conducting technical valuation analyses (DCF, multiples, intangibles), and producing clear reports for non-technical readers.

Qualifications

• Experience in valuation within professional services.
• Proficiency in valuation techniques: DCF, multiples, intangibles.
• Ability to interpret financial statements in valuation context.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value drivers.
• Excellent business writing and Excel modelling skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Professional qualification in accountancy.

• Effectively managing valuation engagements from start to finish.
