Aufgaben

• Support Valuation Team: Assist two Directors in preparing property valuations for commercial and residential properties.
• Property inspections: Attend property inspections with senior colleagues, taking notes and gathering data.
• Market research: Research local property markets, trends and comparable evidence to support valuations.
• Report preparation: Assist in drafting valuation reports and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Client interaction: Support client communications with professional and timely responses.
• Admin tasks: Maintain comparable databases and assist other team activities.
• Learning and development: Participate in training sessions to grow knowledge in commercial and residential property markets.
