Job summary

Avison Young's Manchester-based valuation role sits within the national Valuation team. You will perform loan security, acquisition, disposal and asset valuations for diverse clients and report to Directors in Liverpool and Manchester.

The role requires MRICS/FRICS or equivalent, strong report-writing and collaboration skills, with emphasis on delivering high-quality work and managing multiple projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• RICS qualification (FRICS/MRICS) or equivalent.
• RICS Registered Valuer status or eligible.
• Solid knowledge of the RICS Red Book and valuation standards.
• Experience with valuation software including KEL and Argus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuation instructions efficiently with a high degree of independence within the Valuation Team."
• Prepare concise, accurate valuation reports for Director review and sign-off.
• Collaborate with valuation colleagues and manage multiple instructions.
• Support growth opportunities for the North West Valuation business.
• Engage with Avison Young colleagues to realise new business opportunities.
