Job summary

Avison Young in Manchester is seeking an experienced Valuation Consultant to join the national Valuation team. You will handle loan security, acquisition, disposal, and asset valuations for diverse clients, reporting to Directors in Liverpool and Manchester.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Valuation software proficiency (KEL, Argus Developer) and related training available
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to real estate issues
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Flexibility and resilience in working arrangements
• Excellent report writing skills
• Good data management and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuation instructions efficiently and with a high degree of independence within the Valuation Team context.
• Collaborate with valuation colleagues and take personal responsibility for valuation instructions.
• Work to maximise profitability while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Embrace Avison Young procedures to ensure regulatory and corporate standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to grow the North West Valuation business.
