Background
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced and enthusiastic individual – at Associate or Director level – to join the development consultancy team of a market leading and highly reputable property consultancy, in its Manchester office.
The clients’ Development Consultancy team is one of the largest regional advisory teams, providing strategic development advice to a range of predominantly private sector blue chip clients spanning housebuilders, developers, landowners, Prop Cos, charities, corporates etc.
The team provides a wide range of commercial led advice including (but not limited to) option and promotion agreements, viability appraisals, market reports, feasibility studies, ransom positions, overage, JV agreements etc.
The Team sits alongside a highly regarded and active Land Agency team and there can be some crossover in work, with the candidate being involved in transactional instructions.
Geographically the focus is the Northwest, but also encompassing wider UK regions.
Candidates from a range of backgrounds including, but not limited to consultancy, planning and/or housebuilding, local authority etc shall be of particular interest to our client, on this particular vacancy.
