Job summary

A public sector client in Lancashire is seeking a Chartered Surveyor to provide high-quality surveying services and valuations. The ideal candidate will hold an AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS qualification and have experience in delivering RICS surveys. Responsibilities include producing surveys, managing caseloads, and supporting internal teams. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum and requires excellent time management and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering RICS surveys and valuations (residential and/or commercial).
• Strong understanding of Red Book valuation standards and/or Home Survey reporting.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality Surveys, RICS Red Book reports, and property valuations.
• Undertaking property inspections across residential and commercial buildings.
• Managing caseloads effectively and ensuring reports are delivered on time.
