Construo Ltd partners with a respected Chartered Surveyors firm to grow the residential valuation team across UK locations. You’ll handle a range of valuations and surveys, including loan security valuations and RICS Level 2 Home Surveys.

This role offers strong fee income, steady workload and clear progression. Candidates should hold AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS with VRS, have 1 year PQE in residential valuation, and be adept with valuation software and report writing.

Qualifications

• 1 year PQE in residential valuation required.
• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS with VRS essential.
• Strong IT skills and experience using site notes/reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver a range of residential valuations and surveys.
• Produce high-quality valuation reports for lenders, private clients, and housing bodies.
• Ensure timely delivery of surveys and post-valuation responses.
• Work across multiple UK locations with a supportive team.
