This role offers a salary range of £40,000 to £50,000 plus benefits, including a car allowance and flexible working options. The successful candidate will conduct valuations for various properties and engage with multiple clients, requiring MRICS status and experience in the field.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year Post Qualification Experience.
• Experience in valuing: Industrial, Office and Retail would be ideal.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct valuations of Office, Industrial and Retail properties in accordance with RICS standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports.
• Engage with clients, maintaining and building strong professional relationships.

Conhecimentos

MRICS

RICS Registered Valuer status

Experience in valuing Industrial, Office, Retail

Full UK driving licence
