Are you a skilled commercial valuer seeking an exciting opportunity to join a distinguished mid-size consultancy? Our client, a market-leading specialist, is currently seeking a talented valuation surveyor to grow their retail team.

Operating exclusively in specialist markets, our client has established itself as a key player with several offices across the UK and Europe. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a variety of trading retail properties, including roadside, prime retail parks, and garden centres, with valuations being conducted for a mix of secured lending and portfolio purposes, providing a diverse and dynamic workload.

As part of this role, you'll collaborate with a national team of Retail Valuers & Agents, drawing upon their expertise to deliver accurate valuations. You'll have access to training specifically tailored for trading valuation, equipping you with the skills needed to excel in your role.
