Homebased Valuation Surveyor - Bristol Area

With a team of 10 full-time valuers, £10 million Professional Indemnity cover, and a growing portfolio of work from retail banks and lender panels, we continue to go from strength to strength.

We are seeking an experienced MRICS Registered Valuer to join our Bristol team. This home-based role is ideally suited to an Associate Director-level surveyor with 5+ years post-qualification experience and a proven ability to deliver high-quality valuation advice within challenging deadlines.

The successful candidate will have strong client-facing and communication skills, excellent market knowledge across commercial and residential property, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment. Experience of KEL and Argus software would be advantageous.
