Job description

Great opportunity to join an established surveying firm. The Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking regional valuation work.

You will be responsible for:

• Undertaking a range of valuations (including Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys, Red Book Valuations, Help to Buy, Probate & Matrimonial valuations).
• Manage your own pipeline with the support of centralised admin, diary management, and technical teams.
• Using the latest technology (including eTech, GoReport, Quest, and Valos).
• Build business locally through networking and relationship management.

To be considered you WILL:

• Be MRICS or FRICS status (in excess of 2 years PQE).
• ARICS will also be considered.
• RICS Registered Valuer.
• Good knowledge of your local property market.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel locally.
