Job Locations: UK-Cardiff

Job Profile: Chartered Surveyors, established in 1989, are the UK's leading residential surveyor and provider of property risk expertise and surveying services. We conduct over one property inspection every 12 seconds, employing over 600 surveyors across the UK, from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland. Our extensive network allows us nationwide coverage with local expertise.

We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide to support the increasing volume of Mortgage Valuation work for the UK’s leading lenders. Our size and network provide the most comprehensive postcode coverage, reducing travel time and increasing survey capacity.

About you: You must be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
