Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Cardiff is partnering with a well-established estate agency to recruit an ambitious Valuer for their residential sales team. You will generate new instructions, conduct accurate valuations, and support vendors through the sales journey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Valuer or Residential Sales Negotiator within estate agency.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using estate agency CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and diary management.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
