Job summary

Advance TRS in London seeks a Senior Manager, Valuation & Performance Analytics, to lead client-side valuations across a £13bn+ portfolio. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

You will oversee external valuations, own MSCI total return reporting, and present insights to the Board and Committee. Ideal candidates hold MRICS (Valuation) with 7–10+ years' experience, and excel at Argus Enterprise, DCF modelling, and Power BI automation.

Qualifications

• MRICS (Valuation) required with 7–10+ years' experience.
• Strong Argus Enterprise and DCF modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel, with Power BI preferred.
• Strong UK market knowledge and clear communication.

Responsibilities

The role

• Lead oversight of external valuations and challenge valuers, with RICS and IFRS compliance
• Own the MSCI relationship and total return reporting
• Present valuation and performance insight to Board and Committee
• Drive automation across Argus Enterprise and Power BI

You'll need
