Job summary

PSD Group is seeking a MRICS qualified surveyor to bolster its London valuation offering. The role combines technical valuation work with client management, business development, and team collaboration, with real scope to progress within an established consultancy.

You will manage instructions end-to-end, produce client-focused advice, mentor colleagues, and contribute to growth across the valuation practice in London.

We are working with an established property consultancy that is looking to strengthen its London valuation offering.

This is a broad valuation position offering exposure to a varied portfolio of property and clients. It would suit someone who enjoys combining technical valuation work with client management, team involvement and business development, and who is looking for genuine scope to progress.

The role

You will be responsible for managing valuation instructions from initial engagement through to completion, producing clear and commercially focused advice for clients.

Alongside your own caseload, you will play an important role within the wider team, including:

• Undertaking valuations across a range of property types and instructions
• Producing high-quality valuation reports and client advice
• Reviewing work and maintaining appropriate technical standards
• Managing relationships with clients and other professional advisers
• Supporting and developing less experienced colleagues
• Working collaboratively with other teams to identify opportunities
• Contributing to business development and generating new instructions
• Helping to drive the continued growth of the valuation offering

About you

We are looking for an MRICS qualified surveyor with a strong grounding in valuation.

You are likely to be commercially minded, confident dealing directly with clients and comfortable taking ownership of instructions. Previous experience of mentoring or supporting colleagues would be beneficial, as would an interest in developing client relationships and winning new work.
