Qualifications

• RICS Registered Valuer with demonstrable valuation experience.
• Experience in estate management and landlord/tenant matters.
• Able to prepare clear valuation reports and professional advice.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to commute to the Norwich office.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional estate management advice across social housing assets.
• Carry out valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals in line with RICS guidance and best practice.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and land transactions to support the organisation's asset management strategy.
• Manage leasehold and right-to-buy/right-to-acquire matters, including boundary disputes and easements.
• Liaise with internal teams, tenants, solicitors, and external stakeholders on property and estate-related matters.
• Support the development pipeline by advising on land assembly, options, and site appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and RICS professional standards.
• Prepare reports and provide clear, commercially sound recommendations to senior stakeholders.
