Job summary

Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited is sourcing a Senior Property Management Surveyor for a client-side role in London with hybrid working. You will own the day-to-day management of a high-quality commercial portfolio, coordinating with occupiers, agents, contractors and advisers.

The role requires MRICS qualification and strong experience in commercial property management, landlord & tenant matters, and delivering asset value improvements.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification with strong commercial property management experience.
• Solid understanding of landlord and tenant matters.
• Experience engaging with tenants, agents and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of a varied commercial portfolio.
• Manage relationships with tenants, occupiers, agents and advisers.
• Oversee service charges, expenditure and recoveries.
• Handle lease management, rent reviews and renewals.
• Monitor asset performance and identify income/value opportunities.
• Instruct and manage external consultants and contractors.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance and compliance across the portfolio.
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Take ownership of key instructions and portfolio direction.
