Qualifications

• A relevant degree, such as Real Estate or Estate Management, or early experience in estate surveying or valuation.
• Strong interest in property and surveying as a career.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an organised approach.
• Comfortable with figures, researching information and maintaining records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
• Able to commute to the Norwich office.

Responsibilities

• Support the estates team with day-to-day estate management activities.
• Assist with property inspections and site visits.
• Gather property and market information to support valuation work.
• Help prepare reports, correspondence and property documentation.
• Maintain accurate property, lease and occupier records.
• Assist with tenant and stakeholder enquiries.
• Support research relating to lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Help coordinate information for ongoing property matters.
• Provide administrative support across the estates team.
