Place Yorkshire are seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor – to Associate Director level – to join the Leeds Valuation team. The role covers a wide range of commercial and residential valuation work, with Argus software experience preferred and training available.

MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status are essential; degree-level education is required. Based in Leeds, you will lead valuation engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development, with mentoring

Qualificações

• Educated to degree level; MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Experience delivering UK real estate valuation work in consultancy or client-side roles.
• Proficient with Argus/KEL or other valuation software (training available).

Responsabilidades

• Execute valuation engagements with support from junior and senior staff.
• Manage existing client relationships daily.
• Prepare standard reports and submissions; assist senior staff on complex issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the team’s fee earning target.
• Manage instructions or subsections of major projects.
• Enhance the company’s reputation through successful delivery.
• Evaluate, adapt and improve standards and procedures.
• Advise and guide graduates and administrative staff.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and the wider team.
• Mentor / line manager responsibilities including coaching and appraisals.
