Qualifications

• 1–4 years of work experience in valuation, accounting, or investment banking
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Experience building financial models including DCF and pricing models
• Experience in transaction-related analysis and due diligence
• Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, RICS) are a plus
• Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills in English
• German language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop complex financial models and analyze financial statements, industry trends, and transaction attributes
• Support engagements and contribute to marketing efforts
• Prepare materials for clients including market and company analyses
