Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is hiring an experienced Financial Analyst in London to join the Financial and Valuation Advisory team. You will develop complex financial models, analyze statements, and assess acquisitions, divestitures, and investment attributes for public and private companies.

You will support engagements, contribute to client materials and market analyses, and review financial information to identify trends, liabilities, and risks affecting valuation and negotiation.

Qualificações

• 1–4 years of work experience at an accounting or valuation firm in a valuation capacity, or an investment bank.
• Strong undergraduate qualifications or higher in a relevant degree.
• Experience in constructing and analyzing financial models; including knowledge of DCF and pricing models.
• Experience in conducting transaction related analysis and due diligence.
• Understanding of financial statements analysis with the ability to work through key assumptions, implicit caveats, and limitations.
• Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, RICS) will be favourably regarded.
• Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Additional language skills in German will be favourably regarded.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• An exceptional strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Develop complex financial models and analyze financial statements, industry developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and various investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held companies.
• Support active engagements and participate in our firm’s marketing efforts.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for clients, conduct market, industry and company analyses.
• Review target company financial information and other data to identify: historical and projected financial and operating and commercial trends, quality of earnings, working capital and net debt considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company.
