Qualifications

• 1–4 years of work experience at an accounting or valuation firm or investment bank.
• Undergraduate qualifications or higher in a relevant degree.
• Experience in constructing and analyzing financial models, including DCF and pricing models.
• Experience in transaction-related due diligence and analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex financial models and analyze statements, transactions, and valuation attributes.
• Support engagements and participate in firm marketing efforts.
• Prepare client materials and conduct market, industry, and company analyses.
• Review target company financial data to identify trends, cash flows, working capital, and risks.
