Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Development Engineer (Validation) based in Staffordshire. The role is a 12-month contract with an immediate start, offering ownership of test planning through data analysis and final recommendations.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience within validation, verification, testing or product development environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting engineering data and producing technical reports.
• Background within automotive, aerospace, industrial, power generation or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver verification and validation activities across new and existing product development programmes.
• Analyse test data, identify trends and provide technical recommendations to support engineering decisions.
• Lead root cause investigations, failure analysis and corrective action activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
