£45,000 DOE + Benefits
If you're an experienced Validation Engineer, Test Engineer or Automation Engineer with experience testing physical hardware products, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a critical function within a growing technology business.
Established and growing rapidly, our client develops innovative technology solutions for the global broadcast industry. Continued growth in product range, customer demand and business value has created the need for a dedicated Validation Engineer who can transform how products are tested, validated and measured across the organisation.
This is not a traditional testing role where you'll inherit mature frameworks and established processes. Instead, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing automated validation systems from the ground up. Working with specialist broadcast hardware, test equipment and automation technologies, you'll help transform a largely manual testing environment into a scalable, data‑driven validation function.
Working at the intersection of validation engineering, automation and software development, you'll take ownership of the validation infrastructure, identifying opportunities for automation, integrating hardware test equipment and building scalable testing solutions that provide meaningful performance and quality data to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
This is a genuinely influential role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of testing and validation within a growing business. You'll work with a wide range of cutting‑edge broadcast technology, collaborate with highly skilled software, hardware and firmware engineers and play a key role in improving product quality and development efficiency across the organisation.
While the role is primarily site‑based due to the use of specialist laboratory equipment, there is flexibility for hybrid working where appropriate and after probation, particularly as automation systems become established.
If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact, take ownership and build something valuable from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now!
