Reed in Partnership is recruiting a Validation Assistant to minimise contractual risk by validating claimable events and ensuring evidence meets contractual requirements across programmes. The role involves supporting audits and liaising across the business while handling data with care.

The successful candidate will bring strong data handling and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and good time management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in fast-paced data handling to inform priorities.
• High-level telephone or face-to-face customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language grade B or Level 2 literacy.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring the company conforms to key items of contractual compliance.
• Liaising across the business to resolve queries and support operations.
• Coaching frontline delivery staff where necessary.
• Supporting in the preparation for audits.
