Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a part-time Validations Assistant to minimise contractual risk through accurate validation of claimable events across programmes. The role is fixed-term until 8 February 2027, with pro-rata salary and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a fast paced environment manipulating data to inform work priorities and reports.
• Previous high level telephone or face to face customer service in a business-to-business or internal setting.
• Minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at least Grade B (or Level 2 Literacy).
• Level 2 Literacy Assessment may be required at interview.

Responsibilities

• Validate and assure evidence meets contractual requirements across contracts.
• Support Validation Team to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Liaise across the business to resolve queries and support operations.
• Coach frontline staff where necessary.
• Assist in audit preparations.
