Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Vaccines Account Manager to drive regional vaccine uptake, build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure compliant, evidence-based engagement across primary and secondary care settings.

The role focuses on pull-through of campaigns, data-driven planning and education delivery, with regular travel and a remote-friendly work setup. Strong ABPI knowledge and medical/marketing collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Significant experience in customer-facing or commercial roles within life sciences or healthcare.
• Proven capability in building external relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing to enhance promotional materials and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree and ABPI Diploma required.
• Field-based role with regular travel across assigned geography and occasional travel to the UK office.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and sustain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders across prioritised territories.
• Diagnose local and regional barriers to vaccination uptake and co-create targeted engagement plans.
• Execute compliant promotional engagements, both face-to-face and virtual, to drive uptake.
• Facilitate tailored education, workshops and capability-building initiatives for local stakeholders.
• Utilise data sets and dashboards for planning, tactical implementation and CRM documentation.
• Be accountable for pull-through of marketing campaigns and translate customer insight to refine local execution.
• Partner with Vaccine Healthcare Leads to ensure cohesive delivery across accounts.
• Maintain governance and ABPI compliance across engagements and materials.
