  • Run scenario modelling to test service changes, quantify operational impacts, and feed key metrics and driver establishment figures into the financial workstream.
  • Contribute to the technical writing of tender submissions, documenting scheduling methodology in a clear and persuasive way for the client.
  • Work hand in hand with the finance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver a coherent, winning bid, and go on the ground to understand the network first hand.
Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Graduate from a university, engineering school, or business school, ideally with a specialisation in transport, industrial engineering, operations research, data, or supply chain.
  • First experience (internship, apprenticeship, or 1 year) in transport planning, scheduling, network planning, or bus operations.
  • Working knowledge of HASTUS – or a strong appetite to master it quickly – combined with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort handling large datasets.
  • Sharp analytical mindset, structured problem-solving, and a genuine attention to detail when working with performance metrics and operational constraints.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex scheduling concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, autonomous, resilient under pressure, and a real team player who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
