Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Data Analyst (V.I.E) to strengthen its data and reporting function within a dynamic, international environment. Based in the UK, you will work with Finance and operational teams to build reliable data processes and analytical tools supporting strategic decision‑making.

The role focuses on developing data analytics capabilities, building dashboards, and delivering insights to senior leadership in collaboration with the Head of Finance and department leaders over a 12‑month

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of statistical tools such as R, SQL, or Python
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different teams
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

As part of its ambition to strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation, Blazefield is looking for a proactive Data Analyst to support the development of its data and reporting function. Working closely with Finance and operational departments, the V.I.E will contribute to building reliable data processes and analytical tools that support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Within the Finance team, the V.I.E will contribute to the development and structuring of the company’s data analytics capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identifying relevant data sources and defining measurement parameters to ensure consistency across departments
• Supporting the development of data infrastructure to centralise and structure information

• Analysing data to identify trends, patterns and correlations
