Tide Services, in partnership with Anglian Water Group, is seeking a mid-weight UX/UI Product Designer to craft accessible, high-quality digital experiences across brands. You’ll begin with discovery and stakeholder interviews, then wireframes, prototypes and a clean handover to developers.

You’ll help shape design systems, maintain accessibility standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Figma is essential; Webflow is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Discovery and research activities with stakeholders and users.
• Translate insights into flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Design accessible, responsive experiences meeting WCAG 2.1 AA or higher.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to and maintain shared UI kits and design systems.
• Present design decisions to delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Support developers through QA and annotated handovers.
• Own quality of final delivered experience, not just the design file.
• Occasionally support brand and marketing with assets.
