A.S. Watson Group in London is seeking a UX Designer to own design of key customer journeys across web, mobile and app platforms, translating insights into intuitive experiences that convert and retain customers.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology and Commercial teams, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, champion accessibility, and contribute to design systems while continually learning and improving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–4 years experience in UX or product design.
• End-to-end UX design across web, mobile and app.
• Ability to translate research into design decisions.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility and design systems.
• Proven wireframing and prototyping skills using Figma.
• Excellent collaboration with product, technology and commercial teams.

• Own design and continuous improvement of key customer journeys across web, mobile and app.
