We pride ourselves on delivering fast turnaround work daily, allowing you to collaborate with a wide variety of people across the firm and our global client base. You’ll also have the chance to hone your UX and UI skills to a high professional level—whether through UX research or working with our tech team to implement your creative vision in code. An award-winning Digital Creative Director will mentor you and elevate your skills further.

If everything goes well, you’ll be running your own small UX or UI projects within a year.

If you’re an ambitious self-starter, this job is definitely for you.

In today’s digital-centric world, our digital capabilities support Brunswick’s broader mission by helping clients navigate critical issues that significantly impact their business. Our digital team includes strategic advisors, audience and amplification specialists, and an in-house full-service team of strategy, UX, design, developers, QA, and project managers. We collaborate closely with our creative team, including conceptual, campaign, and design creatives.

Who we are looking for?

We seek a thoughtful, creative, and ambitious UX/UI designer with 1-3 years of agency experience. If most of these criteria describe you, we’d love to chat:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating support for research, idea development, execution, and iteration.
  • Proficient in UX with experience in Figma and design systems.
  • Keen to learn and absorb knowledge across our firm.
  • Capable of supporting and contributing ideas within a team environment.
  • Excellent at communicating ideas clearly to a wider audience.
  • Attention to detail in wireframes, information architecture, and interface design.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Familiar with industry tools like Figma and Jira; animation and 3D skills are a bonus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive projects.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, matrixed organization with competing demands.

  • Creating and curating content assets like icons, photography, and illustrations.
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements on ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting team energy and learning.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus your birthday off
  • Private medical cover and employee assistance
