Job summary

The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, London, is seeking a UX Research Associate to join our Analytics and Insight Team. You will plan, run, and analyse user research activities to help us better understand user motivations and behaviours across our digital offerings.

Your findings will support design, development, accessibility and continuous improvement of digital services in a busy theatre and public space.

Qualifications

• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods and when to apply them.
• Experience facilitating and running research in digital contexts.
• Experience analysing outcomes and data to produce actionable findings.
• Strong track record delivering accurate work to deadlines and standards.
• Experience challenging current practice with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and analyse user research across ROH digital products.
• Support design, development, accessibility and continuous improvement of digital services.
• Choose appropriate research tools and methods and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
