Job summary

The NSPCC is seeking an IT Service Manager (User Experience and Software Assets) to lead software assets, licences and related services, ensuring security, value and compliance across the organisation. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to manage renewals, licensing arrangements, releases and end-of-life processes, helping colleagues access reliable software.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software assets, licences or software lifecycle activities.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing contracts or service performance.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve services or reduce costs.
• Knowledge of IT service management and working within an ITIL environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organisation's software assets, licences and related services.
• Work with suppliers to manage renewals, contracts and licensing arrangements.
• Support software release, patching and end-of-life processes.
• Maintain the Definitive Software Library and related management tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, reduce costs and strengthen compliance.
