Job summary

Capital Group in London is seeking an experienced UX Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join Creative Services. You will create wireframes, prototypes and interactive mock-ups, and ensure user flows align with our design system.

The role demands a strong portfolio, 5+ years in UX/UI, and proficiency with Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to deliver high-quality digital content across websites, social media and emails.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to map user journeys with site maps, wireframes, and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualise design concepts and user flows, iterating based on feedback and user testing.
• Utilise design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across projects.
• Implement responsive and adaptive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to produce engaging high-quality digital content for various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, and emails.
• Ensure designs are effectively communicated and implemented in collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
• Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in all design work.
• Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers and developers across the organisation to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
• Participate in design retrospectives, connect with peers globally, and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.
