Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of UX/UI design experience across digital products or websites.
• Strong end-to-end UX capability from discovery to delivery.

• Proficient in Figma and scaling design systems.
• Able to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical audiences.

We're looking for a talented and proactive UX/UI Designer to join a small, cross-functional team delivering high-quality digital experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients and brands with strong Figma experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape user-centred products, websites, and digital experiences that create meaningful engagement and deliver real business impact. You'll work closely with Strategists, Account Managers, Developers, Researchers, Creative Leads, and clients to design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading UX and UI design activities across a range of client projects and digital products.
• Translating user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements into intuitive end-to-end digital experiences.
• Creating user journeys, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Contributing to and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency across projects, brands, and platforms.
• Producing polished visual design work that demonstrates strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand application.
• Collaborating closely with Strategy, Client Services, and Development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Using user research insights, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Presenting and articulating design rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitating design reviews, workshops, and collaborative ideation sessions.
• Using AI-powered design and productivity tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and accelerate creative exploration.
• Ensuring designs meet accessibility and usability best practices.
• Delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines while managing multiple priorities and projects.

Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years of UX/UI design experience working on digital products, websites, or digital experiences.
• Strong end-to-end UX capability, from discovery and concept development through to delivery.
• Excellent UI and visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and polished execution.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including:
• Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals including typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects.
