Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a high-performing product team in London. The role focuses on user-centred design across complex digital products, from research to prototyping and implementation, in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite Tue–Thu).

You will lead end-to-end design processes, collaborating with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape intuitive experiences and evolve design systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in UX Design, Product Design, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design methodologies and UX best practices.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design specifications.
  • Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Comfortable analysing data and user insights to support design decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create design concepts, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and user flows to support product ideation, research, and development.
  • Conduct and apply user research findings to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver user-centred solutions.
  • Contribute to and help evolve design systems, design languages, and UX frameworks across products and teams.
  • Develop innovative solutions to user, product, and business challenges while balancing technical and operational constraints.
  • Iteratively refine designs based on user testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Communicate design rationale and strategic recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage design specifications and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Support design strategy and influence stakeholders through storytelling, presentations, and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple design initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a high-performing product team, helping to shape and improve user experiences across complex digital products. This role will focus on creating intuitive, user-centred solutions by combining UX design principles, research insights, systems thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
