Overview
We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a high-performing product team, helping to shape and improve user experiences across complex digital products. This role will focus on creating intuitive, user-centred solutions by combining UX design principles, research insights, systems thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from identifying user needs and defining problems through to developing concepts, prototypes, testing solutions, and supporting implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create design concepts, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and user flows to support product ideation, research, and development.
- Conduct and apply user research findings to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver user-centred solutions.
- Contribute to and help evolve design systems, design languages, and UX frameworks across products and teams.
- Develop innovative solutions to user, product, and business challenges while balancing technical and operational constraints.
- Iteratively refine designs based on user testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Communicate design rationale and strategic recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage design specifications and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Support design strategy and influence stakeholders through storytelling, presentations, and evidence-based recommendations.
- Prioritise and manage multiple design initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design methodologies and UX best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design specifications.
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles.
- Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Comfortable analysing data and user insights to support design decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
