Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in digital UX/UI design for complex products.
• Experience with enterprise CMS and data-rich interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of dual-layer UX for humans and AI-readable markup.
• design multi-step journeys for high-intent visitors via AI platforms.
• Champion agent-first UX and information architecture decisions.
• Use analytics, A/B tests and AI citation data to iterate designs.
• Design mobile-first across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, content strategists, and marketing.
