Job summary

Ronald James is seeking a founding-level Product / UX Designer to own the end-to-end UX design lifecycle for an AI-powered search and data discovery platform. The role is based in London or other UK locations, and you will shape the product experience from discovery through delivery while collaborating with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Qualifications

Strong Product / UX Design background within SaaS, AI or data platforms.
Experience designing for complex systems, workflows or insights tools.
Exposure to AI-first products or machine-learning interfaces.
Hands-on experience using Lovable within design or product workflows.
Deep understanding of user journeys, interaction design and usability.
Ability to think in systems, not just individual screens.
Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments.

Responsibilities

Own the full UX and product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Design intuitive interfaces for AI-driven search and data visualisation products.
Create and scale a design system and visual language from scratch.
