Job summary

Kainos is hiring a UX Designer to craft intuitive product experiences for enterprise SaaS and AI-powered Workday-related apps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on user-centered design across AI features.

You will contribute to research, design systems, and accessibility, shaping how AI capabilities are integrated into our Workday ecosystem while delivering value to global organisations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing for enterprise software or SaaS.
• Understanding of AI design patterns for AI-assisted UX.
• Strong IA, interaction and visual design fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating research and UX process.

Responsibilities

• Designs wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups following usability and accessibility standards.
• Design AI-powered features and workflows aligned with user needs.
• Lead journey and process maps to guide design direction.
• Facilitate user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to translate AI capabilities into UX.
• Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility across the lifecycle.
• Analyse user feedback and usage data to identify improvements.
• Work with wider team to establish value of UX discipline.
