Kainos is seeking a Content Developer to shape how our Workday-focused SaaS products are presented to customers and prospects. You’ll craft engaging messaging and visuals that demonstrate business value across the product suite, including Smart and EDM.

Your role spans thought-leadership content and product materials, supporting sales and product teams. Ideal candidates excel at storytelling and design, translating complex technical ideas into compelling narratives and visuals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating and designing sales-focused content (one-pagers, decks, customer presentations).
• Strong writing and editing skills, translating technical concepts into customer-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Create and design compelling content collateral (blog/web content, one-pagers, decks, customer presentations).
• Target business leaders, functional leaders, and practitioners with clear messaging.
• Write concise, persuasive copy communicating product value and differentiators.
• Design visuals using PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop up-to-date sales materials reflecting product capabilities and market trends.
