Job summary

Please find the JD for the UX designer role-

• UX Designer with strong experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise applications, ideally within Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or other front-office trading environments
• Able to rapidly translate business requirements, user workflows, and stakeholder feedback into intuitive, user-centred designs that improve productivity and user experience
• Expert in Figma with the ability to quickly produce wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity user interface designs
• Comfortable designing for sophisticated desktop workflows involving real-time data, analytics, pricing, trading, risk management, and operational processes
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices across enterprise applications
• Able to collaborate closely with traders, business analysts, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and validate design solutions
• Experience conducting user research, workflow analysis, design reviews, and usability testing to drive continuous improvement and user adoption
• Familiar with modern design systems and handoff processes, ensuring designs are implementation-ready and aligned with engineering constraints and delivery timelines
• Fixed Income domain knowledge is not required; however, experience working on Investment Banking, electronic trading, pricing, risk, or front-office platforms would be a significant advantage
