Overview

We’re partnered with a global financial services leader on an exciting contract for a Lead UX Designer. This is a chance to work at the heart of a major compliance transformation programme, designing complex, enterprise-grade applications that will be used across a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end design from discovery and user research through to creating wireframes, prototypes, and final design documentation.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to bring a "one-stop shop" product vision to life, ensuring solutions are functional, intuitive, and future-focused.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in UX/interaction design, ideally on complex, large-scale applications.
• Background leading UX projects within banking.
• Strong track record delivering end-to-end design within enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Figma (plus working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS).
• Experience with AI-powered applications, workflows, or data visualisation a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and present at senior stakeholder level.
