The Senior UX Designer will play a key part in shaping the future of our user interfaces and overall client interactions. We are seeking a design leader with over six years of dedicated experience who can bring a sophisticated understanding of design principles and problem-solving to our team. This individual will be adept at navigating complex design challenges, iterating through various solutions, and ultimately delivering refined, user-friendly experiences. A core aspect of this role involves clearly articulating design decisions, necessary trade-offs, and prioritized requirements to non-design stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned with the user's needs.

This role also involves taking ownership of the aesthetic and functional aspects of their work, significantly contributing to elevating our design standards and frameworks. They will be instrumental in integrating these standards into our engineering workflows while always ensuring adherence to the established design guidelines, standards, and principles set by our core UX team
