Job summary

Argus Media is seeking a passionate UX/UI designer to lead the user experience for web and native apps, focusing on responsive design and AI-enabled initiatives. You will work within the technology department in central London, collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable UX across products.

Qualifications

Experience in a hybrid UX/UI design role focusing on responsive web and mobile app UX.
Strong ability to design responsive web/mobile interfaces with scalable patterns.
Proven expertise in data visualization and BI dashboard design.
Experience conducting usability testing sessions, lab or remote.
Experience designing and expanding design systems and component libraries.

Responsibilities

Own the user experience across responsive web and native platforms.
Design for Flutter-based applications or cross-platform frameworks with a single, consistent UX.
Collaborate with product owners, managers and engineers to gather requirements.
Champion design quality throughout development and ensure reusable solutions.
Hand over designs clearly, review implementations and raise defects where needed.
Define interaction models and evaluate their success.
