We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with comprehensive end-to-end UX skills, adaptable to different project needs. You should understand continuous discovery and product iteration principles, be comfortable with ambiguity, and proactive in user research and data collection. Your pragmatic approach and expertise in balancing user needs with business goals will be vital. You will execute hands-on design work, advocate for design strategy within our digital assessment portfolio, and improve user experiences across products and customer journeys. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Lead Designer will be key aspects of this role.
1-2 days per week onsite at our Abingdon head office, with occasional travel for user research.
